Career Kryptonite is the field guide for smart people who are good at their jobs but starting to suspect that might not actually be the whole game.

Two decades in the marketing and digital trenches. Autonomy, Vodafone, BUPA, Microsoft, ResMed. GM at Vodafone at 29. 

Which means I’ve been on both sides of the budget cut, the re-org and the 4:57pm priority change. And also means I’ve probably been the villain in someone’s group chat. 

Since 2018, I’ve been coaching, consulting and training. And watching smart, capable people trip over exactly the same things nobody ever explains. 

There’s plenty of career theory out there. Not much on what to actually do on Tuesday. 

That’s the gap I fill.
