All materials available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, images, course materials, videos, downloadable content and digital products are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may access this site for personal, non commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any part of the website or its materials without prior written permission.

Accessing this website or purchasing our products does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Some materials may include content owned by third parties. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners. 

Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use the website or its content:

• to reproduce or distribute materials from the website for commercial purposes;

Purchase of Courses, Programs and Events

By registering for any course, workshop, program or event offered by Mentorish, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

After payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your registration via email.

Course Changes, Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your course registration, you must notify Mentorish in writing.

Cancellations received 14 days or more before the scheduled course start date will be eligible for a refund of the course fee, less an administration fee of $200.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

If you are unable to attend the course, no refund is payable. However, at our discretion, we may agree to transfer your registration to another participant or future course date.

Mentorish reserves the right to change course dates, presenters, program content or delivery format where necessary. If a course is cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative course date where possible. If no suitable alternative is available or you choose not to attend the alternative offered, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.

7 Day Course Satisfaction guarantee

If you begin a course and decide it is not suitable for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of the course start date, provided that you have not progressed beyond the first module of the program.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Mentorish within this timeframe.

After the 7 day period, refunds will not be available and we do not offer partial refunds for partially completed courses or programs.

Refunds may also be declined if a substantial portion of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

Coaching Services

Where coaching services are purchased, sessions must be scheduled by mutual agreement.

If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Coaching packages must be used with the six month timeframe specified at purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Digital products (Books and Downloads)

Digital products sold through this website, including ebooks and downloadable materials are provided for personal use only.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Access to Digital Course Content

Where a course includes access to an online learning platform, access will be provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, access to digital course materials may be limited and may be updated, replaced or withdrawn by Mentorish from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify course content, delivery methods or learning platforms in order to improve or maintain the program.

Course Materials & Recording Restrictions

All course materials, recordings, presentations, downloads, written resources and other program content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

These materials are provided to you for personal educational use only.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute or modify course materials

• record live sessions or coaching calls;

• share course access with any third party;

• upload materials to file sharing platforms or internal company systems;

• use course materials to deliver training, coaching or educational services with others without written permission from Mentorish.

Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of course materials may result in termination of your access to the course or program without refund.

Mentorish reserves the right to take legal action in relation to any unauthorised use or distribution of course content.

Use of Content for Artificial Intelligence or Data Training

You must not use any materials from this website, our courses, coaching sessions or digital products for the purposes of training or developing artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or automated data analysis tools.

You must not upload or provide our materials to AI training platforms or automated content generation systems.

All intellectual property contained in our materials remains the exclusive property of Mentorish.

Participant Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.

Participants in our courses or programs must behave respectfully toward other participants and facilitators.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course, program or event if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

Participants removed for inappropriate conduct will not be entitled to a refund.

Photography and Participant Quotes

During courses or events we may capture photographs, video recordings or participant quotes.

By attending our programs you consent to Mentorish using these materials for marketing and promotional purposes, including websites, newsletters and social media.

Participants will be informed when photography is taking place and may request not to be included.

Payment disputes and Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a payment or service, you agree to contact us directly at julie@mentorish.co so we can attempt to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider.

Where a chargeback is initiated after access to a course, digital product or service has been provided, Mentorish reserves the right to suspend access to services and recover any outstanding fees and associated administrative costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentorish will not be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from participation (in person or electronic form) in any course, program, coaching session or event.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited (at our discretion) to:

• supplying the services again; or

• refunding the amount paid for services.

All courses, programs, coaching services and materials provided by Mentorish are intended for educational and professional development purposes only.

They do not constitute legal, financial, psychological or professional advice.

Participants are responsible for applying their own judgement and seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Individual results may vary and we do not guarantee specific career or business outcomes.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian consumer law.

GST

Unless otherwise stated, all prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST) where applicable.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns regarding a product or service provided by Mentorish, please contact us directly at julie@mentorish.co so we can attempt to resolve the matter. We aim to address concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
